Questions

What counts as a monitor?

One watched URL with one prompt and one check tier. Checks on that monitor don't count against anything — you pay for reach (how many pages, how fast), not per alert.

What happens when I hit my monitor limit?

Existing monitors keep running. Creating a new one is blocked until you upgrade or delete one you no longer need.

Can I switch or cancel plans?

Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing — plan changes go through the Stripe customer portal and prorate automatically.

What's the difference between the three check tiers?

Exact diff is a byte-for-byte text comparison. Semantic (AI) reads the new page against your prompt and decides whether the change you described actually happened. Browser agent renders JS-heavy pages in a real browser first, then checks them the way a person would.

Do all plans get every check tier?

Every paid plan does — all three, chosen per monitor. The Free plan covers exact diff and semantic; the browser agent needs a paid plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — 3 monitors with daily checks, 2 team members, and the exact diff and semantic tiers. No credit card required.

What happens if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Monitors keep running with check intervals clamped to the new plan's fastest allowed, and if you're over the new monitor limit you can't create more until you're back under it.
