As of Sep 6, 2026Asana's subprocessor list (last updated August 31, 2026) covers infrastructure, analytics/data warehouse, customer support, and feature-specific subprocessors, plus a separate list of Asana affiliates and contractors. Asana states it maintains written agreements with subprocessors offering protections at least as strong as its own, and relies on SCCs, adequacy decisions, or data privacy frameworks for international transfers. Recent updates include adding Fireworks AI, Google Cloud, Google Vertex, and Hyperdoc Inc. (Recall.ai).
