As of Aug 17, 2026LaunchDarkly's subprocessor list, effective as of May 15, 2026, lists 25 subprocessors across categories including cloud hosting (AWS), CDN (Fastly, Cloudflare), analytics (MixPanel, Pendo, Segment, Hex), billing (Stripe, Orb), monitoring (Datadog, Honeycomb, New Relic), data warehousing (ClickHouse, Fivetran, Looker, Snowflake, Prequel), customer engagement (Courier, Marketo, Hightouch), and AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Speakeasy Development). Most subprocessors are US-corporate entities processing data in the USA, though AWS also processes data in Germany and France for customers using the LaunchDarkly EU instance, and in Ireland and Singapore for client-side streaming connections. Certain subprocessors (Heroku, Stripe, Marketo, Hightouch) are noted as not used in the LaunchDarkly EU instance, and AI subprocessors (Anthropic, OpenAI, Speakeasy Development) are used only for specific features and may be disabled by administrators.
