In Figma, open any file, select Plugins in the right panel, search for Lovable, and run Lovable: Import from Figma. Pair it with your Lovable account using the code it shows, select the frames you want, and export them. The designs then appear under Figma designs in the + menu in chat, ready to attach to a message. One export can carry up to 100 generated files, each up to 20 MB. Exported designs stay private to your own account rather than being shared with your workspace. Exporting is free, and building with a design uses credits like any other message.
