All listed subprocessors rely on SCCs for international transfer except Oracle, which uses Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs). Zoom also maintains a public change log documenting additions/removals (e.g., Authzed added 11 March 2026; Apple and Google Firebase removed same date; Oracle and Sumit-AI updated 29 April 2026).
