Teams & billing
Monitors belong to a team, not a person. Plans buy reach — pages, speed, seats — never per-check or per-alert pricing.
Roles and permissions
- Members can do the daily work: create and edit monitors, run checks, configure notification channels, and read every timeline.
- Admins additionally delete monitors, manage invitations and member roles, and create or revoke API keys.
- Owners hold everything admins do plus billing. Every team has one on creation.
Invitations are sent by email with an expiring link. Monitors, alert history, channels, and API keys all belong to the team — nothing is lost when a person leaves.

Checks, alerts, and evidence are never metered — there are no credits, no “AI actions”, no per-check pricing on any plan. Full pricing detail and FAQ: /pricing.
Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation
- Upgrading charges immediately and unlocks the new limits at once. Plan changes run through the Stripe customer portal (Settings → Billing) and prorate automatically.
- Downgrading deletes nothing. Monitors keep running with check intervals clamped to the new plan's fastest allowed; if you're over the new monitor limit, existing monitors keep running but creating new ones is blocked until you're back under it. A monitor on a tier the new plan doesn't include keeps its configuration and resumes when the plan allows it again.
- Canceling keeps access through the end of the paid period, then drops to Free limits. Account deletion removes data from active systems within 30 days and backups within 60 — see the terms and privacy policy.
API keys
Owners and admins create named API keys in Settings → API. Keys are scoped to the team, shown once at creation, stored hashed, and revocable with an audit trail (revoked keys stay listed). Full reference: API documentation.
