AI subprocessors are stated not to use Customer Content for model training, with specific carve-outs for flagged policy-violation content and OpenAI's Zero Data Retention (ZDR) feature. Most subprocessors are US-based, with additional locations in Australia, Canada, Ireland, India, UK, and other countries via Zapier affiliates.
